A source index of 583 monetary entries on CySEC’s English board-decision list: 474 fines without an explicit annulment marker, 87 settlements and 22 annulled or revoked entries.
A payment is not always a fine.
This source index covers all sectors in CySEC’s list, not just CFD and FX firms. A list summary usually states only the type and amount. It does not yet establish a detailed editorial account of the conduct. That requires reviewing the linked decision. Paid “settlements” and annulled or revoked decisions are separately labelled and not presented as current fines.
Source index, not a guilt register: The decision labels and amounts come from CySEC’s list. An entity can appear more than once for distinct decisions. Check the original for procedural status and appeal; inclusion says nothing about current licence status.
What the list can tell you
The list identifies the named entity, date, legal framework and stated amount. It separates fines, settlements and decisions marked as annulled or revoked. Multiple entries for one name may concern different decisions. Open the original document to learn what happened, whether an appeal changed the outcome and whether the entity offered CFD or FX services. The list does not show whether a sum was paid or establish a firm’s current licence status.
